The Hurt Arms will re-open on 4th July 2020! We're delighted to now be taking bookings for our restaurant and hotel facilities.
Our priority has always been you; our couples, guests and visitors. In order to keep you and our staff safe, we are stringently following recommendations of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. We have put measures in place to improve safety and hygiene wherever possible and will continue to follow advised procedures until all of the government sanctions have been lifted. Our full risk assessment can be viewed here.
This means there will be some changes to the way our venue works but you can still expect the excellent standard of food and service we pride ourselves on!
So what next?
If you have booked your wedding day with us please know this is not the end of your special day, even though it is incredibly distressing it is simply on hold until we can all celebrate in safety – Your day will come and it will be even more special.
You will have already been in close conversation with our wedding team to find a way forward, but if you have any further questions or queries please email our Wedding and Events Manager, Shannon on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Virtual meetings and email conversations will still be available so you can carry on with the exciting part - Planning your big day!
We are now able to do socially distanced show arounds of our wedding venue, you can arrange this by contacting email@example.com.
We are still taking bookings for the end of 2020 and
"We're nervous to spend when things are financially uncertain"
"I'm reluctant to reserve a date with so much uncertainty around lockdown..."
A little something from us.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time.
